1. What we collect

We keep member name, phone numbers, address, photo, pledge amount, payment history and receipts, and user account details of staff (name, username, role). We do not collect data that is not needed to run the church donation service.

2. Why we use it

To register members, record and confirm donations, send reminders and receipts, prepare reports for church leaders, and issue certificates.

3. Who can see it

Only authorised church users, according to their role. Member data is never sold or shared with advertisers. Data is shared with an SMS provider only to deliver a message the church has chosen to send.

4. Security

Passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes. Access is protected by login limits, session timeout and activity logs. Photos and backups are not publicly accessible.

5. Your rights

Members may ask the church office to see, correct or deactivate their record. Members are set to “off” rather than deleted so that financial records stay complete.
