Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Voluntary gifts

Donations and the registration fee are voluntary gifts to the church and are normally not refundable.

2. Mistakes

If a wrong amount, member or month was recorded, report it to the Admin as soon as possible. The receipt is voided with a recorded reason and a correct receipt is issued. Refunds of money paid by mistake are decided by church leadership.

3. Stopping a pledge

A member may ask the church office to stop or change their monthly pledge. Payments already made stay on record.
